The Braves added the 25-year-old reliever to the big league roster and he’ll don a major league uniform for the first time. Younginer originally was drafted and developed by the Red Sox before he inked a minor league contract with Atlanta in November 2015. He’s always had a promising, live arm, but struggled with command and control. Now that he’s repeating his mechanics more consistently, the tall righty is starting to make a name for himself.
