In June 2015, Patrick Davitt wrote an article on the Predictive Value of PQS hot streaks. In April of this year, Ed DeCaria released a new and improved version of PQS, restoring balance to the distribution of the PQS scores and bringing peace and justice to the fanalytic galaxy. In this article, we revisit the question of whether PQS-DOM starts have any predictive value, using the new PQS definitions and approaching the problem from a slightly different angle, in the hopes that we can tease out some additional signal in all the noise.
