Previously, we compiled a list of buy-high candidates: a set of hot starters whose performance we suspect can be mostly sustained over the balance of the season. Today, we take a look at the flip side of that coin: sell-low candidates.

When assessing these slow starters, timing can be crucial: if we had posted this column just a week ago, it likely would have featured names like Prince Fielder and Mike Moustakas with sell recommendations. However, given recent developments, the window for recouping even a small percentage of those draft-day investments has closed.
