Continuing our exercise from last week, let's finish up our predictions of 2014's top performers and award winners. This week we'll cover the MVP candidates, the Cy Young candidates, and some unlikely relievers who could end up as top closers.

Jason Heyward (OF, ATL) is just starting his age-24 season, as ridiculous as that sounds. He has been somewhat disappointing in that he hasn't yet posted that massive breakout season, but clearly there is still time. Remember that the skills he showed in his age-20 rookie season were the stuff that compared well to various Hall of Famers, before Mike Trout came along and broke the scale for early-20s performance.
