Okay, so it’s time to get something out of the way—if only to keep from having to repeat a boilerplate confession at every turn here over the next three months. While as Ray mentioned the other day, we are elated that the MLB owners and Players Association stopped fighting long enough to give us even a shortened season, there are still some points we feel like we need to communicate to you, BaseballHQ.com subscribers. If we do these all at once here at the “outset” of our re-start, we can devote more words in each of our ~400 articles between now and September to the actual analysis that you paid for.
