PT TOMORROW: AL Central—Brantley’s back and CLE lineup

Michael Brantley (OF, CLE) has been dealing with a sore back since spring training. He’s missed seven games so far and Manager Terry Francona has said that he will be careful with Brantley’s playing time as long as the back is an issue. Brantley’s production had not been affected. He’s hitting over .300 and has career highs of 92% ct% and 12% bb%. He’s on pace for another 20+ steal campaign. If Brantley’s back problem requires a DL stint the Indians have the personnel on the active roster to pick up the slack. Michael Bourn (OF, CLE) and Brandon Moss (1B/OF, CLE) would man CF and RF, and the productive platoon of Ryan Raburn (DH/OF, CLE) and David Murphy (OF, CLE) would play LF. Mike Aviles (SS/2B/3B/OF, CLE) could...
