AL Central: Can Fletcher lock down starting gig?

There is one outfield spot up for grabs, at least while Luis Robert Jr.(OF, CHW) and Eloy Jiménez (OF, CHW) are both healthy and holding down the center field and DH spots. There are several players battling for the job, but it seems Dominic Fletcher (OF, CHW) may have the inside track as things stand now.

Fletcher hit .301 in 102 PA with Arizona last season before a fractured finger ended his season in September. However, a 38% h% was the primary driver of his success, and the power graded out as below average. Fletcher does possess plus speed but can't be counted on to be much of a SB contributor given his 18 for 34 mark on the bases in his pro career.
