NEWS: Chicago reinstated LHP Justin Steele and RHP Jorge López from the 15-day IL and optioned RHP Daniel Palencia and RHP Jack Neely to AAA-Iowa.

It is unclear whether Chicago will shift to a six-man rotation upon Steele's return or will move one of its starters to the bullpen.
