NEWS: Despite having not pitched since Monday, September 11, RHP Luis García isn’t scheduled to start a game during the upcoming week.

BHQ SPIN: The Astros have two off-days in the upcoming week, and they’d been working with a crowded six-man rotation even after moving Hunter Brown to the bullpen. Both Garcia and Brown are likely to work out of the pen during the postseason, suggesting that the club will begin to acclimate Garcia to his new role – and that he might not make another start in 2022.
