NEWS: Baltimore reinstated RHP Zach Eflin from the 15-day IL, recalled 3B Coby Mayo from AAA-Norfolk, and selected the contract of C David Bañuelos from AAA-Norfolk. 3B Ramón Urías was placed on the 15-day IL.

BHQ SPIN: After a short IL stint for shoulder soreness, Eflin made his return to Baltimore’s rotation on Sunday. Eflin’s return to the rotation could shift Cole Irvin to the team’s bullpen. However, Baltimore may need Irvin to make at least one more start depending on the injury status of Dean Kremer, who left Saturday’s game with a forearm contusion after getting hit with a line drive.
