ROTISSERIE: A look into the future with Reliability metrics

In spring 2013, we hypothesized that Reliability scores would be improved, or at least nicely complemented, by including projections for the upcoming season in the various calculations where forecasting is possible. This would in effect convert Reliability from an entirely backward metric to one that includes both the most recent years of performance and the BaseballHQ.com expectations for the upcoming season.

If you had used the proposed and updated "Reliability+" metric introduced last year, you would have included the following players in your top tier list of players (B or higher across the Reliability components):
