The Atlanta Braves continue to set the pace in the National League heading into the All Star Break, and it looks like one of their only weaknesses may be rectified shortly after the midsummer classic, as Max Fried is due to get his first rehab start on Sunday for Triple-A Gwinnett. Fried was the runner-up for the NL Cy Young award last year when he threw 185.1 innings, to the tune of a 2.48 ERA off a 2.70 FIP. His 2023 got off to a rocky start healthwise, as he was pulled from his first start with a hamstring injury.
