This past Monday, I participated in the Fantasy Sports Trade Association/SiriusXM Experts League draft (FSTA) in Las Vegas. This is a 13-team mixed snake draft with many of the top baseball analysts in the industry.
I tend to fare very well in this league. Over the past four years, I've finished 2nd, 1st, 5th and 2nd. In fact, last year's 2nd place finish was particularly gratifying because in late July I was wallowing in 12th. The ability to make such moves in the standings goes to prove that persistence in working a roster can yield its just rewards.
