If nothing else, this site is all about the long-term. We advise that the best projections are generated from the most information. We advocate to "exercise excruciating patience" in order to accumulate as much data as possible, especially at this time of year.

So the last thing you'd expect us to do is make predictions based on 10 days of stats.

But our fantasy games are about identifying the hot and cold hands as quickly as possible and getting them onto or off of our teams before anyone else. He who hesitates is likely to lose. Still, that means is that we are forced to make decisions with highly imperfect information.
