As we reach the quarter pole in the 2013 minor league season, we’ve already seen some top prospects promoted to the majors while others have taken a step back. With approximately 30 minor league games in the books, we can start to get a sense of which players are doing well and which ones are struggling. Even though some top prospects are biding their time in the high minors to begin the season, don’t wait too long to see them at nearby minor league affiliates, as major league clubs are willing to call up players regardless of arbitration deadlines or lack of experience.
